On the 6th of December I received my statement which indicated that I had an amount of R738.24 as current and R392.45 as a total - reflected at the bottom of the statement page. So instead of paying just R392.45 I paid R600. in anticipation of the bill at the end of December being higher than usual due to the billing dates being changed.
Today I received an sms indicating that my account was in arrears and that I must send proof of payment or my account will be suspended. Naturally I phoned to query the situation and Spoke to Ivy Shibiti. Ivy informed me that my account was in fact in arrears to a value of R138.24. I tried to explain to her that the amount reflecting at the bottom right of my statement reflected an amount of R392.45. She informed me that she couldn't see that so when I asked to send her the statement I was looking at she gave me the [Email Removed] e-mail address. I sent it only to have her inform me that she wasn't going to receive it. Pointless sending it then!!

Can someone enlighten me as to when I will receive my invoice for December and what amount I should be paying - the amount in the bottom right of the statement reflecting TOTAL or something else?
