A month back, I received a call from a Vodacom sales person. He explained to me that on their airtime contract I'll receive r125 worth of airtime and only pay R110.

this sounded like a good deal, just to realize that they charge u r2.60 per minute. - which was not communicated!!! Today is the 9th, i received my airtime on the 1st and I'm left with noting! Mind you i hardly made calls!

i called their sales department and told them that I'm extremely unhappy and would like to cancel! They told me that I'd have to pay r2000 to cancel and that's it! Take it or leave it!!

i was not made aware of the subscription cancelling fee! I would never have agreed to this airtime contract if they told me about the rates and the fees if i want to cancel!

to top it all off, I'm stuck with them till 2015!

total rip off.

I've never been so disgusted!!
