Vodacom schemed to stop me from going to Cell C

On the 16th Dec 2013, I called Vodacom to cancel my contract (which was already due for an upgrade), my reasons being that Cell C were the cheapest on the market, offering the Galaxy S4 @ R369 with a 1gig data, 100 Airtime and 100 SMS, V/s Vodacom's deal of R389 with 200MG, 75 Airtime and 200 Sms. The lady told me her duty was to retain customers and not lose them and she promised me a Galaxy S4 for R389 with additional 1gig data, additional 100 Sms and extra 100 airtime Vodacom to Vodacom, and she said this was a telephonic deal that will not appear any where on the contract, I trusted her and believed that she valued me as a customer, little did I know it was all a LIE!
10 Jan Vodacom billed me for the 1gig Data that I was told was for free, I immediately locked a call, (Ref S3-04Y3K-K6C4W) and I was told the Forensic Department will call me within the next 24/48 hours, no one called, I called again on the 16th Jan and spoke to Zanele to have my problem escalated, 4 days later, still no one has called me from Vodacom.
Vodacom and Cheated to retain me as a customer, once my contract lapse, I am dropping you as my service provider. Disappointed
