EARLY DECEMBER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM VODACOM OFFERING A NEW PACKAGE WHICH WAS AIRTIME TOP UP CONTRACT. FROM WHAT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THE DEAL SOUNDED PROMISING SO I ACCEPTED. ONLY TO FIND OUT AFTERWARDS THAT THERE WERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT WERE NOT EXPLAINED TO ME. ALL CALLS NOW CAME THROUGH AS PRIVATE, MY BIS WAS DEACTIVATED.I WAS TOLD THAT I'M SUPPOSED TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO HAVE THIS SORTED. I THEN CALLED VODACOM ON THE 02/01/2014 TO QUERY AND CANCEL THE CONTRACT. I WAS TOLD IT WILL BE CANCELLED IN 14 DAYS. AFTER 18 DAYS I CALLED AGAIN AS IT WAN'T CANCELLED, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AS THE CONTRACT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED ALREADY. I THEN CALLED TWICE AFTER THAT AND I'M STILL RECEIVING THE SAME EXCUSES. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY VODACOM. I'M EVEN CONSIDERING SIGNING UP WITH THE NEW NETWORK PROVIDER.
