I currently have a data contract with Vodacom. I have been over billed for the month of December 2013 and had subsequently queried the bill. I struggle to understand how this is possible as i have never exceeded my monthly limit since i have taken out the contract including the month of December 2013.

I lodged a query with Vodacom on the 3rd of Jan 2014 and have had no response, the consultant informed me that they have a turnaround time of 14 working days. After 14 days I called Vodacom to find out about my query and i was told the query is still pending. The consultant then escalated the query and told me I would have response with 48 hrs, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me 3 days later.

I have been pushed around from the call center, to the accounts and billing and to the data call center and nobody can help me resolve my issue. Please could someone from Vodacom help me with my query, i would really appreciate it.
