Faulty Phone which they refuse to replace

Over a week ago I files a report on this site stating that I have a contract with MTN where I pay over R700 per month and the phone I received is faulty. It is consistently faulty and I have sent it to MTN countless times, about 4 times, and it always comes back works for a short period of time then has an error again. It is an HTC One X. I was told in reply one this site by an MTN representative that it might be an issue with the an app, but this is the first time any MTN representative has told me this. No one has explained the problem properly and after 4 repairs I feel like I am entitled to a new phone, considering how much I pay. The phone has been with MTN more then it has been with me and I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have received considering I have been a loyal customer of MTN for several years. I can not survive without a working phone
