TO say I'm at my whits end is certainly an understatement in this case... In late feb/early march I upgraded my phone to a blackberry 9320 at the Gallaria branch of autopage. Within few days the phone proved to be faulty and I took it back obviously to be given a new one... I was told they would send the phone off for repairs as this is there policy. I refused, I was given faulty product and would not be left without a phone while they fixed something that should never have been broken in the first place. After much debating and waiting they agreed to give me a new phone and I left with another blackberry 9320. This phone also proved to be faulty and again I took it back, this time to no argument it was replaced with a new phone. Shortly after the 7day period this third phone began showing signs of being faulty as well. It is now very faulty and past the warranty period so there is nothing I can do! I have now sent three emails to the so called "customer service" over the last week which have all been ignored... I have spoken with others on blackberry forums and come to the consensus that the phones are repackaged and not actually new. How long should one normally wait for a reply??
