CONTRACT STILL NOT CANCELLED!!!

I cancelled ONE of my two cellphones on contract ON 21 NOVEMBER 2012. I have confirmation in writing AND email that I cancelled the one cell number on 21 November 2013. Head Office also confirmed this for me. I get my latest bill today and have been charged almost R200 for this number for January 2014!!! It has been an ongoing nightmare TO SIMPLY CANCEL ONE OF MY CELL NUMBERS WHOSE CONTRACT IS FINISHED. I have nomwords keft for the complete and utter incompetence. I sent an email a few days ago to confirm once again together with my documents from Telkom Mobile but silence reigns!!!
