Faulty HTC One X

I received a new phone an HTC One X as per my contract agreement in Feb of this year. The first phone I received was faulty within one day and was replaced by MTN. The second phone took longer to show signs of issue but within a month it also started displaying signs of issues. I went to the local MTN branch and they sent it to HTC. The phone was returned to me over a month later but started having problems shortly thereafter. I once again went to the branch to resolve the issue and they once again sent it to HTC and the phone once again appeared to be "fixed" but was not. I have gone through this cycle three times more. MTN refuse to replace my phone as it has already been replaced. I get the feeling they will keep repairing my phone until my warranty runs out and I am left with useless phone. Keep in my I have hardly used it this year, I am still paying for the contract and the phone is not working again. I am paying over R700 a month I feel it is well within my rights to get a new phone.
