Third time having to send phone in for repairs

Telecommunications

I received my phone (HTC One X) around May 2012. I've had to, since then, send it in for repairs twice (July and October). The second time I sent it in because the camera stopped working, the MTN shop assistant informed me that if the device were to become faulty again, I could choose to replace it with a device of similar price class as the HTC One X wasn't being stocked anymore. Feeling that there was at least some resolution to this issue, I decided to give it one more chance.

Fast forward to yesterday afternoon, my camera stopped working again. According to MTN the component was replaced in the second repair. I went to the same branch and was told that the device could be replaced only after HTC deemed it unrepairable and if they don't have stock to replace it. So my only option is to send it in again, hoping they won't be able to fix it.

I don't want to have these issues for the remainder of my contract. There's no limit to how many times a device can be sent in for repairs, even if it's the same issue as previously. Please MTN, replace my faulty device with something that works, as I'm currently paying a lot of of money per month for one that I'm incredibly unhappy about.
