Handset faulty. been in for repairs, same issues

Hi there. not the first time this complaint has been laid. a few months ago had same issue. the nokia asha handset I received is faulty and was sent in for repairs a few times already within its first year. I questioned why the handset cannot be replaced as this is a recurring issue. now the phone is giving the same issues - software and charge and its just out of warranty so now what. you do not receive faulty payments so what the must I do with a faulty phone? I must still pay the contract but have no working phone - what utter rubbish is this? extremely dissatisfied and I am going to publicise this every day I do not have a phone because I am still paying for this contract
