Removal of adverse listing against my name

MTN Westgate branch B handed my account over to they legal dept in Apr'13 due to none payment. On the 12th Oct'13 I paid the arrears of R2636.00 and was advised that my account will be handed back to MTN within seven working days.
I also requested for the adverse listing loaded at the credit bureau be removed from my name. My account was only handed back to MTN on the 29th Nov''13 after much e-mails to Kamohelo which he or she never responded to, phone calls and going into MTN Westgate to inquire and the adverse listing was never removed. MTN Westgate phoned legal dept on the 31/12, the lady was holding on for more than an hour, nobody answered the phones. I now request a letter from MTN legal stating that the arrears has been paid up and that my account was handed back to MTN Westgate, in order for me to fax it to the credit bureau's seen that MTN legal can't do they work because of incompentence and sheer laziness. If I don't receive a response from yourselves, you'll hear from my lawyers.
