Wrong contract and Faulty Nokia phone

First issue: I upgraded to a new contract and took another contract out. It was two different contracts. A Nokia and a LG phone. The wrong contract was put on the wrong phone. After I received my bill I realised that it was wrong. I went back to change the 2 contracts to the correct phones. The MTN branch was not helpful at all and told me to come back on Monday. I asked them to just correct the contracts to correct phones, but they told me this it will be difficult and I must come back on Monday. I am a long distance from this branch and were there already 3 times.
Second Issue: The speaker of the Nokia phone was faulty and I took it back, after a long discussion, they gave me a new one. Just after a week, the same problem occurred with the new phone, but because I was out of town I could only take it back, today (Saturday). The told me that it is the same problem and the phone is faulty but I need to send it to be repaired. That means a month without a phone. It is a brand new phone and a new contract but I do not have a phone. I am so disappointed with the way MTN handles this matter.
I am sitting with a wrong contract that I need to pay and without a phone.
