Im writing this report for the second time in a very distressed space regarding my query not being solved. A Cell C representative called me after I reported that my phone was faulty and reported it 3 days after the delivery. The Cell C representative was advised that no-one assisted me when I went to the a closest branch to report the matter after reporting the matter at the Cell C call centre. Now the representative informs me that they cannot trace the calls I made when I called in to report the faulty handset. I am utterly disappointed with the way my query was handled after being told to take the handset to a branch for repairs and the phone is out-of- scope for them to pick it up at my work to repair. I've had this phone for 2 weeks already and my first payment is due in Febuary already and Im sitting with a faulty handset. It feels like they said it was all my fault they cannot assist as the gentleman who called said theres nothing they can do. I dont understand why my first call recording wasnt picked up and this is inconveniencing me a very big deal as this is the first time Im taking something on contract from a reputable company. Very disatisfied.
