Horrific service following internet outage

I have a 24month contract with Telkom to provide me with 5GB of internet service for a month, however this month, I haven't been connected to the internet since Tuesday this week, it is now Saturday. Both my sister and I are university students, and both of us rely heavily on the internet for research. I logged a complaint on the telkomSA website a day ago, an auto email response was sent, but still no luck with the net. I tried calling the 10210 number for assitance about 3 times today, after holding on for over 20 minutes I hung up and lost hope. My faith in Telkoms ability to provide a stable service is dwindling... Really paying them to listen to music on helpline that doesn't help... Sad...
