HOW CAN YOU SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT???!!!

I phoned the service desk today (10210) to query about the prices of a phone/adsl line and internet. The lady asked me if I have internet, I told her yes. She then told me to go and look on the website. She was so rude! I asked her if she can not assist me over the phone and she said no go look on the website. I asked for her number and she then hung up the phone. I have never in my life experienced this. I already am a client with Telkom, I was querying for my sister. I contacted Mweb thereafter and the gentlemen was so friendly and helpful. My sister will now get her internet through them and I am considering it. I can not for the life of me understand how she can speak to someone like that.
