I paid Telkom the R180 for the month, R1500 for my internet through an ISP and now for all of the countless calls I have to make to Telkom FROM MY CELLPHONE trying to chase them. I haven't had internet/any service since 28 November 2013. This is now the ELEVENTH (11) day that I have been without a telephone line and internet. I am a contractor and get paid per hour that I work. I need the internet in order to work. I HAVE NO INTERNET. I'm beginning to feel physically sick of having to listen to the endless excuses and every time I phone in - to what end? I've paid for my service, and haven't received it for 11 days out of the month. How about actually doing something and thinking of the impact this is having on your consumers for a change?
