I have been trying to get my internet connection fixed for the past weeks now. i have called the 10210 number on many occasions to get to the internet support centre but no luck. i have emailed them and only got 1 reply back but no phone call or even a number to contact them, only the10210 number that you have to contact between business hours but they dont say when is business hours. tried over the weekend but no luck.i have been without a constently working internet for quit a while now and am paying for this service that i am not getting. hopefully they would see this complaint and react to it because they do not react to the email that you send on the website.
