SHOCKING CONNECTION FOR MONTHS

My internet connection has been bad since around september last year... Telkom technicians have been out three times in the last few months and yet nothing improves. My connections goes on and off all day, sometimes for a minute or two every few minutes; sometimes for half an hour at a time, every couple of hours I work from home and rely on my internet connection to do research, send and receive briefs and work etc., so this has been a pain. It is costing me money, because at times I have to use my cellphone as a modem!!! Ridiculous when I pay around R750 a month to Telkom. PLEASE can you send a technician who will get to the bottom of the problem and not just guess and hope for the best!!??? I logged a fault a week ago and still nobody has been, despite the person who found me telling me someone would come Friday or Monday... It's Thursday now..Nothing!!!
