We asked if there was another way as he is always busy, and we were told that if we came with a copy of his ID and a letter signed by him giving permission, we could get it changed.
When we went back, their systems were down. They very rudely told us they can't do anything due to their systems being down and carried on ignoring us. I wanted to go to another Vodacom, but they all out our way and my fianc? said we should go back another time

We told the man at the counter that we were told to bring those documents, and he called me a. We did not appreciate the way we were spoken to. I don't even speak to our animals that rudely.
This is not the first bad experience. My fianc? and I will both be leaving Vodacom because of Pav
