WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

I have a 10meg ucapped adsl line 0114765206 however it seem slike Telkom has been throttling me as I am unable to stream movies online. I logged several requests via their website but got no response. I went into the Telkom branch in Cresta who in turn called into the Telkom INternet call centre but I had to wait 20 minutes on a call and got no response. I have been calling several days now and have been holding for an average of 30 minutes per day with no joy
