TELKOM CHARGES ME FOR INTERNET THAT IS UNUSABLE

I HAVE AN ADSL LINE CONNECTED AT HOME.TELKOM ISSUE ME WITH A WIRELESS D-LINK MODEM.IT WORKED PERFECTLY FOR A WEEK CONNECTED WITH A DATA CABLE.I CONTACTED TELKOM 10210 ABOUT -10TIMES FOR HELP CONNECTING MY DESKTOP WIRELESSLY TO THE MODEM.I WAITED - HALF AN HOUR TO GET THROUGH TO A CLUELESS TECHNICIAN WHO CUTS ME OFF AFTER FAILING TO HELP ME.I ALSO WAITED HALF AN HOUR BEFORE GETTING THROUGH TO A TECHNICIAN WHO CUT ME OFF BEFORE ME EVEN SAYING A WORD.TELKOM I AM SURE THAT YOU HAVE THESE CALLS RECORDED.GO THROUGH MY QUERIES AND SORT YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE OUT.AFTER TRYING WHATEVER YOUR TECHNICIANS REQUESTED MY MODEM CAME UP WITH AN ERROR NOW, AND I CANNOT EVEN CONNECT TO THE INTERNET USING A CABLE.
I AM PAYING NOW FOR AN INTERNET SERVICE THAT YOU CANNOT PROVIDE TO ME.YOU GUYS ARE MY HARD EARNED CASH.YOUR SERVICE .SORT OUT MY INTERNET IMMEDIATELY.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO THIS I WOULD GLADLY CANCEL ALL OF MY SERVICES FROM YOU.
