4 weeks, no internet at workplace

About 4 weeks ago our intenet at work started failing.
I went to the Telkom store in Menlyn to see if it was the router. They tested it and found it was working properly.
The clerk then proceeded to check the line remotely. He found that the line was hit by lightning or something similar...
He then told me somebody would be out to fix it in 24 - 48 HOURS...
3 days passede and I called them, they told me that somebody would be over shortly.
Now 3 weeks later (I call them about every 3 - 4 days) still nothing.

This is costing the company a lot of money, since we cant do most our work.
