Telkom not coming to install my line

So... I phoned Telkom 3 weeks ago to tell them that I am moving to a new address. They even told me that I am a valued customer and they want to give me some discount or something.
So the consultant told me that he is finalizing the order and that he would call me back soon... He didn't.
He did however told me that they will come install my line when I move into my new place.

A week later I phoned again just to make sure that they are still coming, because I'm moving the next day. The consultant told me that everything is in order and a someone will phone me shortly... They didn't.

Now it is 3 weeks later from that first call. It also took me 2 trips to the woodlands telkom shop and still nothing.
I have been without a tel line and internet for 2 weeks. My cellphone data is costing me a fortune.

Why do I have to pay you R945 for internet if I don't get anything from you?

I want someone to come install my line today... And everything better work perfectly.
