Telkom cant fix their own service

First off im a web developer and work from home, so needless to say my internet is utterly important to me.
on 11/04/2013 Logged a fault, the technical support did a port reset on my line and the line dropped, it then took them 6 days to get the line back up, now that the line is back up, there is 0 throughput on the line, I was instructed that the issue is not on telkom side and must be something on my side, i replaced my router at the cost of R1000, tested the line with 2 different accounts, and did a traceroute on the line. also contacted IS supprt who directed me to use a telkom guest account on my telkom line, goto [URL Removed] and run the telkom line test, which failed... So yes the problem IS ON YOUR SIDE TELKOM... but they simply dont give a they are costing me thousands at the moment and i cant work at all!!! All i ask is for telkom to fix the line, stop passing the buck and fix it!! its been a week now and nothing but BULL.
