Monday 15th April - logged a complaint with MWEB about my internet connection being very slow or not running at all. The techniciandid troubleshooting with me. After that the line was still running very slow.
Called back on Tuesday 16th - A different technician told me we should reboot everything. He then logged it with Telkom. Tuesday afternoon I phoned because internet was still not working properly. The technician told me that they will send out Telkom and it should take 2- 3 days for them to come out.
Friday 19th - switched on pc and no internet connection available. I then complained on your Facebook page.
'MWEB guy' got back to me and told me Telkom would come check the line which they did on Tuesday 23rd April. Did testing and new filter. Line running at 1.6mbps for a few hours. Wed 24th - called again as no connection. Told to take modem to be tested in store. Modem tested in store and is fine. Thursday 25th - called again as not working - tested on your side and told running at 88kbps and told Telkom will have to come out again. I have tried my best to resolve this issue, I have followed all the steps and done all the leg work. Next step is the media
