WAITING 25 DAYS FOR LINE TO BE REPAIRED!!!

After months of problems with a faulty line last year I am beset with problems with Telkom AGAIN this year. I have had a faulty, intermittent line (more off than on during the time I am at home) for TWENTY FIVE DAYS NOW and have reported the fault MULTIPLE TIMES since it began on Sunday 24th March 2012.

Sometimes we get an sms to say the fault has been resolved yet within some hours we have no internet again. So we have to re-report it, which can take a very long time, getting through to Telkom & waiting for them to pick up the phone, then explaining the problem all over again. It is utterly exhausting & demoralizing!

When will it ever end Telkom?!? Please let me know if you have a way of PERMANENTLY OVERCOMING YOUR MYRIAD OF PROBLEMS. in over 3 weeks we have only seen one technician who tried to blame our router but was persuaded to check the line beyond our property and sure enough detected an underground cable fault that he phoned and told us he would report to another department. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and if I phone Telkom they say they are still working on it?!?!

Our line is also so fuzzy it's difficult to hear anyone on the phone & also working at1/2speed. RUBBISH
