Long delay. Poor communication. Disgusted

I took my phone in for repair on 22/11/2013. On 26/11 I received an SMS confirmation that the phone had been received by the Autopage repair centre. On Wednedsay 04/12 I followed up to find out if the phone was ready for collection. I was unable to contact the Vodaworld Autopage Shop (VAS) (their phone went unanswered), and instead I phoned the call centre. The call centre agent (Kate) that told me that the repair would take 4 TO 6 WEEKS!! I logged two complaints: 1) that the phone at the VAS goes unanswered and 2) that the repair shouldn't take so long, AND I WAS NOT ADVISED. I have not received any feedback from Autopage about either of these complaints. On Thursday 12/12 I followed up with the VAS (Jeremiah) and was told the phone was at the repair centre and he would call me the following day. On Friday 13/12 Thabo, from repairs, phoned me to say that the phone was with him and asked if I have insurance. On Tuesday, 17/12 I phoned the VAS and spoke to Jeremiah, he said he would phone back. He never did. I called the call centre and was told that the system shows that the phone was only booked for repairs on 17/12. I WANT THIS RESOLVED BY THE END OF BUSINESS 18/12!
