Despite the Sandton store having a revamp, service levels and organistion are completely lacking. On entering the store there is seemingly no queing system, having waited 20 or so minutes till being assisted by a consultant i was then shifted between consultants who were mostly unhelpful.

A gentleman by the name of Isaac was blatantly uninterested and providing very little in response to my queries, he was of no help, on stating this to him he rudlyey replied i need to get some sugar in his system, i queried the importance of service and me being the customer but he was not interested he then prroceeded to leave the store.

having worked in the retail industry with high levels of customer satisfaction i would say this was my worst experience and im appaled that a chain of MTN stature can have such mediocre unhelpful individuals on their team.
