I went into the store to inquire about the bad workmanship on the re sizing of my ring. The shop assistant was completely unhelpful, gave no response. When I showed her the split in the ring, which we were assured would not happen, she blankly stared at me and did not respond at all. I feel that as a consumer, it does not matter how much I spend at their store, when I go to the store as an unsatisfied customer, I would like to be assured that what ever problem I have, especially when it involves bad quality, that they should insure that I am satisfied when I leave the store instead of having my dissatisfaction ignored.
we bought an expensive engagement ring at they're store and the fact that there was poor workmanship done to the ring as well as poor service when we returned to the store with a complaint is completely unacceptable.
