What should I do I got a sim contract with spice fone cell c thru my work place. The problem is my simcard got damaged, so I asked them to swop the sim as I stil had a month left to pay them and this happend on the 10 of december that my sim got damaged. I send a email to the lady we deal with and ask her for a sim swop, that I was gonna pay a 100 rand for and she told me I can not get one result been that I'm in my last month of the contract. I was at cell c called custamer care but no one can help me with it. What should I do I need the number all my family only have that number of me.
