Rotten attitude of staff towards customers

On the weekend I went in to Checkers in Chatsworth to do some shopping with my mom. Store was very busy as is understandable due to month end. We got to the till after waiting 45minutes in the que. An elderly lady behind me fainted as her blood sugar levels had dropped too low. I had a bottle of water which I gave to a lady closest to her to splash on her face and I opened a pack of super c sweets to try and feed to her to get her sugar levels up (which I paid for). We asked the packer to get someone to assist. A guy comes there and says " oh whats wrong" in a casual tone. I say the lady fainted can you get some help. He goes away and doesn't come back. We (the customers) eventually got her up and fed some sugar into her. The man comes back 15mins later with a glass of sugar water!! after the lady is up and fine. I go to the manageress JAYANDREE and ask her what sort of behaviour this is and she screams at me saying she didn't know. Miss Jayandree it is us that pay your salary if you didn't know. The man couldn't even get a chair to get the lady to sit in he was more interested in what he was doing rather than help the lady and the nerve of the manageress! Pathetic & useless
