I have to report the disgusting service I received from a consultant called Lehlohonolo Maruping at Vodacom Customer Care Centre on Saturday, who gave me attitude from the word. I recently took my BB phone in for repairs, she opened the back cover to remove the battery and check for IMEI number and she realized that the IMEI sticker was missing. She blatantly told she can't assist me with attitude. I asked her to speak to her team leader Abdul who advised her to use my cell number to pull up my data instead she told Abdul with attitude that that's not how she operates/works.
I also lost my patience and told her to provide good customer assistance to me and then she replied cheekily "don't you think I'm providing good service and if you don't like my attitude you can ask to speak to the team leader". I asked her to call the team leader and she walked away saying I'm the only person coming in here complaining about her attitude. When she went to the back I complained to her male colleague who just laughed at me. This lady needs to go back to class to learn customer service
