No stock - no care attitue

I sent my daughter to the trade route mall store to purchase 2 items that were advertised. Selati white sugar R19.50 anToilet paper for R69.90. There were no stock on the shelves.
I contacted the store and spoke to Zandi, who mentioned that people came in and were buying over 20 each! The sale paper clearly states only 6 per person, so how did this occur? furthermore, she said theres nothing she can do.
I contact the head office and spoke to Herman. After relaying this to him, he clearly could not be interested and displayed an absolute dont care attitute and implied that i could do whatever i want.
This is not the first this occured. everytime Game has specials, this store never seems to have stock of the items advertised. Your staff, are rudely and unhelpful
Surely your staff at head office should exhibit high levels of customer care - but they just do not care at all!!!
