On the 19th December 2013 at about 16h00 I purchased a gift voucher, while being assisted by the gentleman in the store at the till your other lady assistant in the store who had just brought another customer to the till for payment, started apologising to this customer for the "inconvenience" having to wait till my transaction was done. HOW DARE YOU MAKE ME AS A CUSTOMER FEEL AS IF I AM AN INCONVENIENCE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND AS IF I AM IN THE WAY. Am I not also spending money there just as this other customer is that has to wait. Is it not protocol around the world to wait till the person who is before you in line is finished being helped before you are helped. HOW DARE THIS GIRL DO THIS. You should be ashamed as a store for this shocking service.
