Great attitude and a pleasure to deal with

As a long term customer of Vodacom and an ex employee I can honestly say I have seen it all when it comes to service levels in the retail industry. I would like to commend Kate for the manner of whic my queries were delt with and can honestly say she is the reason I will keep referring friends and family to this store. Firstly the whole store made me feel welcome and I was greeted with a smile. I had an issue with my handset which unfortunately got wiped -she advised she will try her utmost to rectify this but she cannot promise anything.

Much to my delight after leaving it with her for approximately an hour i got a call saying that all was sorted out. So many times consultants can turn a preson away and carry on with their own agenda, I am glad that this store still instils a customer -centric culture. Keep up the great work guys.
