ILLEGAL UNJUST DEBIT OF MY ACC WITH NO REFUND

I WAS ON A BUSINESS TOPUP CONTRACT AND I MIGRATED TO A SMARTL CONTRACT FOR APPROX 6 MONTHS THEREAFTER I MIGRATED BACK TO MY INITIAL SIGNING PACKAGE BEING THE BUSINESS TOPUP CONTRACT. THE MIGRATION FEE IS SUPPOSED TO BE WAVERED BUT WAS STILL DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I HAVE CALLED VODACOM BEFORE I DID ANY MIGRATIONS TO CONFIRM THE FACTS, I HAVE BEEN CALLING VODACOM FOR 2 MONTHS THEY PROMISED THAT THE MIGRATION AMOUNT WOULD BE WAVERED BEFORE MY INVOICE DATE AND BEFORE IT COMES TIME FOR MY DEBIT TO GO THREW...
HOWEVER NOT SURPRISINGLY THE TIME OF INVOICE CAME AND SO DID THE DEBIT AND I HAD BEEN UNJUSTLY ILLEGALLY DEBITED FOR THE MIGRATION FEE. I HAVE NOTES OF MY CALL DATES AND TIMES AS WELL AS CORRESPONDENCE FROM VODAMCOM VIA EMAIL.I CALLED IN AS I AM WRITING THIS REPORT AND THEY (VODACOM) CANNOT FIND THE LOGS FOR THE CORRESPONDENCE THEY SENT TO ME..HAHA PROVING YET AGAIN THEY ARE INEFFICIENT AND INCAPABLE OF HANDLING THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH CARE. THE LATEST DETAILS AS OF MY CALL THIS MOMENT AS DID THE OTHER -SULTANTS PROMISE TO CALL ME BACK AND RESOLVE BUT I WOULD EXPECT AS PROVEN TO ME BY VODACOMS MANY DEPARTMENTS THAT I WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY CALLS OR CORRESPONDENCE UNTIL I DEMAND IT
