MIGRATION INCOMPLETE - ref1336037 - DISGUSTED SERV

Good afternoon,

I completed the migration form TOPUP 200 and emailed it to Customer Services on the 27 September 2013 to be effective 1 OCTOBER 2013 (THIS WAS CONFIRMED). I also took a 1 gig data contract. The 1 gig data was activated, however the MIGRATION was never done. This i only discovered when i received my invoice on 12/11/2013 with an invoice amount of R2221.37. I have called in several times only to be given a new migration effective 1 December. I will not be liable for the October & November invoices or until such time that VODACOM decides to MIGRATE my account. The lady that assisted then advised that she will request a re-tariff on my account... BUT THERE IS A BACKLOG... this must be sorted A.S.A.P. or cancel my account as I will go back to MTN... I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED IN THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED AS A NEW VODACOM CLIENT... call me on 083 406 2666
