DOES NOT WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT!!!

I did a upgrade in december 2012 from blackberry to a android phone, my contract was not migrated and i was left on a topup contract, which was costing me a fortune because i never had a data package because VODACOM never did the migration from topup to smart package and it was eating my airtime and i had to load R110 airtime a day. I tried to contact vodacom on numerous occasions and NOBODY could help me. I needed to solve the problem because i could not cope financially as the cost of running the android device was costing me too much, i decided to swop the device back to a blackberry because i was still paying for BIS after all this happened I finally logged a hello peter complaint and in february i got a reply from Roderique of vodacom.

We liaised and came to the conclusion that vodacom was at fault for the migration process and they credited my account with R1050 after asking them to cancel my contract because i already took out a new contract with the correct package and i am having no problems whatsoever, they are now refusing to cancel my old contract and want me to pay R9000 cancellation fees. I am prepared to pay for the device i swopped because i was wrong to swop it.
