Pathetic regarding Migration and Billing

I have asked for a migration quote on Friday 26 July and there was some error on the system which could not allow a migration quote to be processed. The call should have been resolved within 24 hours which was NOT the case. I called Monday 29 July and then got thru to Naveer Sing after demanding to speak to a manager who then gave me the quote for Topup 275 and somehow eliminated the errors, 1 hour after that, some FOOL in your call centre loaded another migration quote for Top up 315 and after calling back a couple of times maybe 10 times to the call centre I have to explain myself over and over that I ony want ONE migration quote which was done on 31 July, however I see that my invoice has now got 2 migration quotes with 2 penalty fees which I AM NOT going to pay. I have only asked for a migration quote for topup 275 and will pay the fees of R1453 and my oustanding balance. I am fedup of calling your call centre bcs they do not have the authority to fix the person's mistake on Vodacom's side and I'm trying to get hold of Naveer Sing with very little luck and fuming right now bcs I'm am sitting with a billing duplication and both topup 275 and 315 was loaded without my authority?
