I have done an upgrade on one of my cell phone numbers on my MTN account. The Silverton MTN store said they don't have a topup 200, but when I phoned MTN Client service and spoke to Naydene she said there is a Topup 200 contract. I upgrade the account on the 1st May 2013 and made a query regarding the 200 topup migration also on the 1st May 2013, I don't want an open contract, I just need the migration to be done please.
Per law I can change anything that im not happy with within 7 days. Since the 2nd May 2013 I have been asking for answers and every time I get told that it is on the system & this last week im not getting any feedback. (Naydene's words every time I ask - "I have submitted your migration for you package to be migrated to a top up 200 I am still awaiting feedback as soon as I get feedback all let you know"). I am still waiting for the promised feedback. Today the 14th May 2013 she said she will get back to me after she spoke to her manager. Im still waiting.
I want this sorted out please. I have 4 contracts on my mtn account & want the 076 no. to be migrated to a 200 topup that's all.
Can somebody please sort it out for me A.S.A.P and get back to me.
