Shocking migration charge to switch back

I took out a contract in october 2011.
A business call at 249pm. That includes my handset fee per month.

I then migrated to a topup 315...
I now decided to switch back to my original business call... Only to my surprise. That a migration fee would now be charged!!!

So to return to the initial contract for which i signed on the dotted line... i will be charged for going back to it. Utter nonsense. Vodacom tells us to migrate so we can explore other packages. What they dont tell us. Is that you cant really go back to your original contract. I moved this month to a smart medium. When my contract expires. I will be sure not to be caught by url again. Trust me.
