One problem after another!!!

So after waiting a week for MTN to sort out the term date issue to enable me to upgrade, I drive 40km to Gateway store all relieved that it's finally done then we hit another snag, the consultant is unable to process my upgrade as there is some migration issue and services have been deleted off my line that need to be reactivated.
Store consultant says the technical dept has to sort it out.
2 days later I call 808 for guidance and they pass the buck and say they cannot do anything, I must wait 3 months to upgrade since I migrated to and from prepaid but the store can request it and they must help me. This was the response from Patience in Retentions.
Really MTN? Over 10 years with you and this is the service I get? 2 weeks to get a simple iPhone contract on your network?
I am so frustrated with this back and forth communications and if I don't follow up, nothing gets done!

Please don't take another 4 days to respond to this query, prove you care about customers and resolve this issue please! I am so frustrated to not have my upgrade processed, done and dusted!

It is just one problem after the other. I think I should have stuck to my guns and ported to another network!
