How long does an upgrade really take?

Good Afternoon

I have 2 contracts with 8ta - both are due for an upgrade. I went in in Wednesday for the upgrades one went through with no problem the other one is still giving problems - aparently some other consultant try do do an upgrade on the other contract, and without my concent (both on my name) and now it gives an error regarding the upgrade. I was told it's with the credit check - how can one upgrade go through and the other one not - unless my details were not put in with the first upgrade request.

I have been waiting almost 3 days now for the upgrade to go through and nothing obviously something was done wrong if the one goes through and not the other.
I am on the verge of even cancelling my upgrade and both contracts and going someplace else.

Please if anyone can help with fixing the problem, I will appreciate it, but right now I am very frustrated as errors done by employees now become the clients problem... I feel the consultant whom tried to do the upgrade before should assist Julia as this is not her fault.
