WORST SERVICE EVER FROM ALTECH AUTOPAGE

I upgraded my contract with Altech Autopage in July 2013 to a VIP Red package where you could phone as much as you like for a set amount. This was to start at the end of July. With my invoice I received on the 1st of Aug, they already billed me for the VIP Red package, but I did not have the benefit as yet and had to pay that as well as my calls made. They also made a error of almost R1 000 on the account they could not explain, and the total bill was R5 000. I still accepted this as an error and phoned Autopage to correct this on the Moday the 5th of Aug. They said they will. They never came back to me and i had to phone them again on the 14th to enquire. They still did not have an answer and the softlocked my account on the 16th of the month as I did not pay as the bill was incorrect. They only managed to sort out the problem by the 28th of Aug after I phoned them various times and they did not phone me once. I also lost my cell claim from my employer as i missed the cut of date as i did not have a valid invoice. I once again have a similar problem with Autopage and no one can assist or come back to me. THE SERVICE IS POOR AND I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE NOT CLOSED DOWN YET. HORRIBLE
