On Friday the 15/03/2013 I went to upgrade a contract on behalf of my mother with documentation from her stating I could as I am the user of the phone. Between the staff members messing around, making prank calls to other employees while customers were in the store and trying to sort out my upgrade I felt that this store really does not care about there clients they are more interested in playing the fool in the shop. I was told by the assistant who helped me I needed a nano sim which I bought, I was also told by him that he was putting the Itunes on my new iPhone 5 and would load the correct IOS onto it. after a whole weekend of not being able to use the phone I called the call center who told me the consultant had not requested it to be registered on the network, which I then had to wait another 2 days for it to come on, I then further found out that the proper IOS had not been done on my phone neither had the Itunes which now leaves me almost a week later with a phone I cannot use, when I phoned the same consultant he was very unhelp ful and told me my phone need to be sent in for upgrade which will take another 2 weeks. Its DISGUSTING that for 4 weeks I cant even use it.
