In May 2013 I went to this store to ask about my upgrade, the consultant checked and said I was due for upgrade on the 18th month of my contract (June). Last weekend 8 June I went back to this store to confirm my eligibility for an upgrade. A different consultant confirmed I could upgrade. I initiated the process and filled in the upgrade forms. After around 30min of waiting the consultant said he had processed the sim swap but the systems were down and could not complete the upgrade. He said he would call me.By Sat afternoon I had no call back. I had to drive back to the store on Sunday as no one bothered to answer the phones. When I got there I was told the upgrade cannot go through because I am only due in month 22. I am extremely dissatisfied with this because no one bothered to phone me to tell me, so I wasted a trip to the shop. Added to this they never bothered to cancel my sim swap so now my phone is not working. I have been unable to contact the store as they are still not answering so have not had a cell phone all week. Due to this complete incompetence, lack of professionalism and inconvenience at a bare minimum I want to be able to upgrade as promised this month!
