SOMEONE FORGOT TO REGISTER MY UPGRADE ON THE SYSTEM

I did an upgrade on the 6th September 2013. last week I received my invoice wiht an astronomical bill for calls and data usage.
I called MTN on 083 808 spoke to Shonese Slabbert who was helpful (Call ref # 105387829) who transferred me to accounts and retentions department spoke to a few other people who then indicated as I did the upgrade at the branch at Clearwater that it was not their problem and they cannot resolve this issue. it turns out that no one updated the upgrade to reflect the new contract as well as the new data package.

I then went to Clearwater after not receiving a call from Tshepo who did the contract & upgrade (Customer Care e-mailed the store to contact me). The store at Clearwater is under "renovations" so it is impossible to sort out.

i contacted the customer care again this morning on 808 and still waiting for a response from someone to have my invoice corrected with the upgrade of the package and data plan.

I am still waiting...

I hope this will alert someones attention and I will get a response...

THis is the worst service ever.. So easy to send out the bill but no one to sort ot out!!!
