Vodacom failed to upgrade my tariff plan

I called in January to upgrade my tarriff plan from a business call to a top up contract. After confirming I could do this, the lady in the upgrades dept confirmed my contract would be migrated as at 1 Feb 2013. I called the upgrades dept the following day to confirm this again, to which they confirmed all was in order for the migration on 1 feb. Today I noted that my tariff plan had not migrated. I called the upgrades dept to query this. A gentleman stated that due to a technical error, my tarrif plan would only be migrated on 1 march. I explained that this shouldn't become my problem and that they should migrate the tariff plan ASAP. He started to go on about a lot or red tape that did not concern me. He promised his team leader would call me, and i have not receied a call. Vodacom has extremely poor customer service with unskilled employee's who do not want to assist in resolving their issue, which now becomes my issue. Pathetic to say the least. Why should one have to wait another month due to their technical error. Not acceptable
