ADSL HELP!!! PLEASE!!!

This problem has been reported on the 21 November 2013. The telephone line was restored, but NOT THE ADSL.
I informed Telkom about this problem, only to be informed that the report has been logged already and they will not open one again.
PLEASE HELP!! It is now the 7th December without any joy :-(
